Standard withdrawal form

To be used if necessary in the event of withdrawal within the legal period of 14 days from receipt

In accordance with article L.221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Seller is required to provide the Customer with a standard withdrawal form, the model of which is strictly regulated.
Article R.221-1 of the Consumer Code in France specifies the model withdrawal form to be used within the framework of the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely. Here is an example of a standard withdrawal form in accordance with this article:
